The Challenge

The customer required miniature drilled balls with stable dimensional consistency and good surface condition.

During production evaluation, slight fixture marks were identified on the polished surface, which required further process adjustment before approval.

Our engineering team reviewed the production process and optimized the clamping method to reduce surface contact during manufacturing.

After production confirmation, the project successfully moved into stable batch production.
